Trim the stems, change the water regularly, and keep the bouquet away from direct sun, heat, and ripening fruit.

Can I add a note card to my bouquet?
Yes. You can add a short message for the recipient during checkout or include it in your order notes. We’ll place it with the bouquet when possible.
Will you send a photo before delivery?
For many orders, we can send a photo before delivery when time allows. If this is important to you, please mention it in the order notes or message us after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods available at checkout on our website, including major card options and supported digital payment methods.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient is not available, we may leave the flowers in a safe place when appropriate or contact the recipient to coordinate delivery. Please provide a correct phone number and any helpful delivery notes.
Do you offer flowers for events or weddings?
Yes. Zelena Flora can help with wedding flowers, event arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, floral details, and custom design requests. Please send us a message with the date, location, style, and what you need.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be possible before the flowers are prepared or the order is out for delivery. Custom and time-sensitive orders may have limitations.
Can I request no lilies or another specific flower?
Yes. You can request to avoid lilies or another flower in the order notes. This is especially important for homes with cats or allergy concerns. We’ll do our best to follow your request based on availability and design needs.
