Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Zelena Flora, we deliver floral arrangements throughout Los Angeles with care and clear, distance-based pricing. Delivery eligibility, minimum order values, and fees are determined from our studio at 424 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

1. Delivery Area
• Standard local delivery is available within 23 miles of our studio.
• Addresses beyond 23 miles may be available by individual quote. Please contact us with the complete delivery address before ordering.
• The recipient’s exact address determines the applicable delivery zone.

Delivery pricing is based on both distance and order value. The Delivery & Pricing calculator and checkout use the recipient’s address and current order amount. Final availability and applicable delivery cost are confirmed at checkout. Addresses beyond 23 miles are quoted individually.

3. Same-Day Delivery
• Same-day delivery is available seven days a week within the standard 23-mile local delivery range.
• Orders must be placed and paid in full by 4:00 PM Pacific Time to request same-day delivery.
• Delivery may begin as soon as approximately two hours after successful checkout and may be completed by 9:00 PM Pacific Time.
• No additional same-day surcharge applies. The normal delivery fee and minimum order for the applicable distance zone and order value remain in effect.
• Same-day service is subject to seasonal flower availability and manual confirmation by Zelena Flora.

4. Delivery Timing
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed appointment times. Traffic, weather, restricted access, recipient availability, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

5. Recipient Availability & Proof of Delivery
If the recipient is unavailable and it is appropriate and safe to do so, the courier may leave the arrangement at the delivery location. A delivery photo may be taken as proof of delivery. If delivery cannot be completed safely, we may contact the sender or recipient to coordinate next steps.

6. Address Accuracy & Access
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment or suite number, gate/access codes, business name when applicable, and a working recipient phone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delay, failed delivery, or additional delivery/redelivery charges.

7. Anonymous Delivery
Anonymous delivery is available upon request. The sender’s information will not be disclosed to the recipient unless required by law, safety considerations, or the terms of our service.

8. Special Requests
Delivery instructions, gate codes, preferred timing, and similar requests can be added at checkout or sent to us after ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to follow them, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
