Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Zelena Flora, we aim to deliver your floral arrangements with care, precision, and 
timeliness throughout Los Angeles. 

1. Delivery Area 
• Standard delivery range: within 18 miles of downtown Los Angeles. 
• For deliveries outside this zone: please contact us in advance for availability and 
pricing. 

2. Delivery Times 
• Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. 
• Arrangements are made in the morning of the delivery day to ensure freshness. 
• Delivery is completed within 3 hours after assembly, barring force majeure 
situations (e.g., weather, traffic, disasters). 

3. Anonymous Delivery 
We offer anonymous delivery upon request. The sender's information will not be 
disclosed to the recipient. 

4. Delivery Exceptions 
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to: 
• Incomplete or incorrect addresses. 
• Restricted or high-security areas requiring access permits (e.g., government 
buildings, gated facilities). 
• Recipient not available or refusing the delivery. 
• Adverse weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies. 
If the recipient is unavailable or delivery is meant to be a surprise: 
• The courier may leave the arrangement at the door. 
• A photo will be taken showing the flowers and address as proof of delivery, and 
sent to the sender. 

5. Special Requests 
We welcome specific instructions (e.g., gate codes, preferred delivery times). Please 
include these at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
