Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Zelena Flora, we aim to deliver your floral arrangements with care, precision, and 
timeliness throughout Los Angeles. 

1. Delivery Area
• Standard delivery service is available within 23 miles of Downtown Los Angeles.
• Addresses beyond 23 miles are subject to availability and individually calculated pricing. Please contact us before ordering.

2. Delivery Times
• Same-day delivery is available seven days a week.
• Orders must be placed and paid in full by 4:00 PM Pacific Time to request same-day delivery.
• The earliest delivery time is two hours after order placement and successful payment; deliveries may be completed until 9:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Same-day delivery is available for all products, subject to the seasonal availability of flowers.
• Every same-day request is manually reviewed and is not final until confirmed by Zelena Flora.
• No additional same-day service fee applies; the regular delivery fee for the address and order total remains applicable.
• Traffic, weather, restricted access, and other circumstances may affect delivery timing.

3. Anonymous Delivery 
We offer anonymous delivery upon request. The sender's information will not be 
disclosed to the recipient. 

4. Delivery Exceptions 
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to: 
• Incomplete or incorrect addresses. 
• Restricted or high-security areas requiring access permits (e.g., government 
buildings, gated facilities). 
• Recipient not available or refusing the delivery. 
• Adverse weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies. 
If the recipient is unavailable or delivery is meant to be a surprise: 
• The courier may leave the arrangement at the door. 
• A photo will be taken showing the flowers and address as proof of delivery, and 
sent to the sender. 

5. Special Requests 
We welcome specific instructions (e.g., gate codes, preferred delivery times). Please 
include these at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
