Return and Refund Policy 
Effective Date: July 21, 2025 

At Zelena Flora, all sales are final due to the perishable nature of flowers. We do not accept returns or refunds unless items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled. If your order arrives in such a condition, please notify us within 24 hours for a possible replacement, refund, or store credit. Cancellations are allowed for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

Zelena Flora reserves the right to cancel or decline any order — including anonymous deliveries — that appear suspicious or pose safety concerns, in accordance with our duty of care.

1. Final Sale Policy 
All floral orders (including bouquets, arrangements, and boutonnières) are final and non
refundable once delivered or picked up. 

2. Request for Adjustment 
If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order upon delivery: 
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. 
• Include photos of the flowers and order details. 
• We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the 
situation. 

3. Delivery Issues 
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to: 
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses. 
• Recipient not being present at the time of delivery. 
• Refusal to accept the delivery. 
• Weather, natural disasters, or restricted access zones. 
In such cases, flowers may be left at the door (if safe), and a photo will be taken as proof of delivery. 

4. Cancelation Policy 
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. 
Cancellations made later are not eligible for a refund. 

5. Custom and Event Orders 
Custom orders (e.g., weddings, events, special designs) may require prepayment and have 
separate cancellation terms defined by written agreement.
