These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Zelena Flora website (https://zelenaflora.com), operated by Elena Zelenskaia (doing business as "Zelena Flora") located at 424 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, California, 90015, USA. Phone: +1 818-355-5118.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Payment
All products must be prepaid in full (including delivery, applicable tax, and optional tip) before processing. Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, or invoice. Cash or check payments are not accepted.

3. Delivery Policy
Zelena Flora provides regular and same-day delivery within 23 miles of Downtown Los Angeles. Same-day delivery is available seven days a week for orders placed and paid in full by 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Delivery may begin as soon as two hours after successful payment and may be completed until 9:00 PM Pacific Time. Same-day service is available for all products, subject to seasonal flower availability and manual confirmation by Zelena Flora. No additional same-day service fee applies; regular delivery pricing remains applicable. Addresses beyond 23 miles are subject to availability and individually calculated pricing. Preferred delivery windows are not guaranteed, and timing may be affected by traffic, weather, restricted access, or unforeseen events. If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left in a safe location when appropriate, with delivery documented.

5. Use of Photos and Customer Content
Zelena Flora may use photos of floral arrangements and customer reviews for promotional purposes. Explicit consent is required if personal data (face, name, age, etc.) is involved.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete addresses, inaccessible locations, or force majeure events. We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Age Requirements
Customers under the age of 18 may place orders only if legally permitted by applicable U.S. and California laws.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.

11. Acceptable Use and Customer Conduct
Anonymous orders are allowed, but may be rejected if the message content or delivery behavior violates safety, privacy, or ethical standards. By placing an anonymous order, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and acknowledge Zelena Flora’s right to intervene in cases of potential harm, harassment, or threats.
