By accessing and using our website, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders and Payment
All products must be prepaid in full (including delivery, applicable tax, and optional tip) before processing. Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, or invoice. Cash or check payments are not accepted.
3. Delivery Policy
Zelena Flora provides local delivery within 23 miles of our studio at 424 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Delivery fees and minimum order values vary by distance from the studio and by order value. Current delivery zones, minimums, and fees are available on our Delivery & Pricing page and are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Same-day delivery is available seven days a week for eligible orders placed and paid in full by 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Delivery may begin approximately two hours after successful checkout and may be completed by 9:00 PM Pacific Time. No additional same-day surcharge applies; the normal delivery fee and minimum order for the applicable distance zone and order value remain in effect. Same-day service is subject to seasonal flower availability and manual confirmation by Zelena Flora. Addresses beyond 23 miles are subject to availability and individually calculated pricing. Preferred delivery windows are not guaranteed, and timing may be affected by traffic, weather, restricted access, recipient availability, or unforeseen events. Final delivery availability, timing, and cost are confirmed at checkout or directly by Zelena Flora when manual confirmation is required.

5. Use of Photos and Customer Content
Zelena Flora may use photos of floral arrangements and customer reviews for promotional purposes. Explicit consent is required if personal data (face, name, age, etc.) is involved.
