Zelena Flora Customer Discount Program — Terms & Conditions

Overview

Zelena Flora offers ongoing customer discounts to make premium floral delivery in Los Angeles more accessible. By placing an order using this promotion, you agree to the terms outlined below.

New Customer Discount

New customers receive 10% off their first order.

To qualify as a new customer, the order must be placed using a unique:
- email address
- phone number
- billing and/or delivery address

Zelena Flora reserves the right to deny the new customer discount if duplicate customer information is detected.

Returning Customer Discount

After the first purchase, returning customers receive 15% off all future orders.

This discount applies automatically to eligible customers once a completed purchase has been recorded.

Eligible Purchases

Discounts apply to:
- floral bouquets
- floral arrangements
- standard retail flower products

Discounts do not apply to:
- delivery fees
- taxes
- service fees
- gift cards
- special event installations
- custom wholesale or corporate orders

Non-Combinable Offers

This discount program cannot be combined with:
- temporary promotional sales
- holiday or seasonal discounts
- coupon codes
- delivery promotions
- third-party marketplace discounts

If multiple promotions are available, the highest single discount will apply.

Limitations & Usage

- Discounts have no cash value.
- Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.

Fraud Prevention & Misuse

Zelena Flora reserves the right to cancel orders, remove discounts, or refuse service if fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion, or attempts to circumvent eligibility requirements are suspected.

Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments

If an order is canceled or refunded, any applied promotional discount will be void and will not be reissued.

Modification or Termination

Zelena Flora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this discount program at any time without prior notice.
